MULTILINGUALHARDWARE LINKCLOUDREALTIME

A Japanese-culture experience venue that opened in Kyobashi, Tokyo on 30 June 2026. Guests turn samurai, calligraphy and karaoke experiences into original goods — T-shirts, can badges, hanging scrolls, embroidery — to take home on the spot. Noop built the in-facility system that turns those experiences into goods: from the multilingual reception / order kiosks to the manufacturing-machine integration. (The experiences themselves were outside our scope.)

BROTHER JOYFACTORY TOKYO

BROTHER JOYFACTORY TOKYO, in Kyobashi, is an amusement venue where guests experience Japanese culture — samurai, calligraphy, karaoke — and take the memory home as goods, made on the spot. Noop built the venue's design-creation and goods-manufacturing system suite.

What we handled

  • Multilingual (5-language) in-facility reception & order kiosks
  • Cloud reception, from reservation intake to the same-day check-in QR
  • The in-facility server and machine integration that turns an order straight into manufacturing

The experiences themselves were outside our scope. What we owned is everything behind "turn the experience into something you carry home."

Never stall, never keep them waiting

Most guests come from overseas, so we made two things the top priority: never let language get in the way, and never let manufacturing stall under load. Per-machine differences are absorbed in software, and we keep tuning it around real operations on site.

From the entrance of the experience to the exit that is a finished good — we tied that single flow into one system.

CHALLENGE

With mostly overseas visitors, everything from reception to ordering had to work without a language barrier — and several different manufacturing machines had to keep running without stalling, even at peak. The whole in-facility flow (reservation → reception → activity → goods production) had to be tied together as one system.

APPROACH

We linked a cloud reservation platform to the in-facility server so that pre-visit booking, same-day reception and the check-in QR form one continuous flow. The reception / order kiosks support five languages (JA / EN / FR / ES / ZH). Each order flows to the machines as a manufacturing job, with per-machine differences absorbed in software so the setup tolerates adding or swapping hardware.
